Common use of Delivery of Signed Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Signed Documents. (a) Solely with respect to the Seller’s obligations to close this Agreement, this Agreement and all other agreements, certificates and other instruments of transfer, conveyance and assignment deemed necessary pursuant to Section 2.2 shall have been executed (and notarized, if applicable) by the Buyer and delivered to the Seller. In addition, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with complete and correct copies of any updates to any Inspection Reports. (b) Solely with respect to the Buyer’s obligations to close this Agreement, this Agreement and all other agreements, certificates and other instruments of transfer, conveyance and assignment and other documents deemed necessary pursuant to Section 2.2 shall have been executed (and notarized, if applicable) by the Seller and delivered to the Buyer.
