Common use of Delivery of State Data Clause in Contracts

Delivery of State Data. Contractor shall provide to the State all State data and documentation and other information reasonably requested by the State in connection with the transition that is sufficient to enable the State, or another reasonably competent service provider, to fully assume the provision of any terminated Services. Except as Contractor is otherwise required to retain such data under this Contract or by law, Contractor shall destroy all copies of State data not turned over to the State.
