Common use of Delivery of Sublicense Agreement Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Sublicense Agreement. Licensee shall furnish Licensors with a fully executed copy of any such Sublicense agreement promptly after its execution. Licensors shall keep any such copies of Sublicense agreements in its confidential files and shall use them solely for the purpose of monitoring Licensee’s and Sublicensees’ compliance with their obligations hereunder and enforcing Licensors’ rights under this Agreement. Any such Sublicense agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information of Licensee in accordance with Section 12.6.

Delivery of Sublicense Agreement. Licensee shall furnish Licensors Licensor with a fully executed copy of any such Sublicense agreement agreement, promptly after its execution, and copies of royalty reports provided to Licensee by any Sublicensees, promptly after receipt. Licensors Licensor shall keep any all such copies of Sublicense agreements in its confidential files and shall use them solely for the purpose of monitoring Licensee’s and Sublicensees’ compliance with their obligations hereunder and enforcing Licensors’ Licensor’s rights under this Agreement. Any such Sublicense agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information of Licensee in accordance with Section 12.6.

Any such Sublicense agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information of Licensee in accordance with Section 12.6.
