Common use of Delivery of Subscriber Information Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Subscriber Information. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, promptly after the preparation thereof, Seller shall deliver to Buyer true, correct and complete copies of (i) quarterly financial information, including a balance sheet, a statement of income and expenses and a statement of cash flows (ii) quarterly statements of capital expenditures with respect to the System and (iii) monthly subscriber counts for the System prepared by Seller for its internal use.
