Delivery of Supplements and Amendments. Promptly after the execution by the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee of any supplemental indenture or amendment pursuant to the provisions hereof, the Indenture Trustee, at the expense of the Issuer payable out of the related Trust Estate pursuant to Section 6.07, shall mail, first class postage prepaid, to each Holder of Bonds to which such supplemental indenture or amendment relates a notice setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture or amendment. Any failure of the Indenture Trustee to mail such notice, or any defect therein, shall not, however, in any way impair or affect the validity of any such supplemental indenture or amendment.
