Delivery of System and Organization Controls Reports. It will deliver to Services no less frequently than annually a copy of any System and Organization Controls report, including any SOC 1 or SOC 2 report (or any report that is created pursuant to an auditing standard that succeeds Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements 18 promulgated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) that is created for the Investment Adviser from time to time and that relates to any of the services that the Investment Adviser provides to Services or any related controls.
