Common use of DELIVERY OF THE AIRCRAFT TO LESSEE Clause in Contracts

DELIVERY OF THE AIRCRAFT TO LESSEE. Subject to LESSEE having performed all of the conditions precedent to Delivery set forth herein, immediately following delivery of the Aircraft from Manufacturer to LESSOR, LESSOR will deliver the Aircraft to LESSEE at the Delivery Location. Provided that the Aircraft is in the condition required by Article 6.6, upon the tender of the Aircraft by LESSOR to LESSEE, LESSEE will accept the Aircraft and the date of tender by LESSOR to LESSEE will be deemed to be the Delivery Date for all purposes under this Lease, including, but not limited to, the commencement of LESSEE's obligation to pay Rent hereunder.

DELIVERY OF THE AIRCRAFT TO LESSEE. Subject to LESSEE and LESSOR having performed all of the conditions precedent to Delivery set forth herein, immediately following delivery of the Aircraft from Manufacturer to LESSOR, LESSOR will deliver the Aircraft to LESSEE at the Delivery Location. Provided that the Aircraft is in the condition required by Article 6.6, upon the tender of the Aircraft by LESSOR to LESSEE, LESSEE will accept the Aircraft and the date of tender by LESSOR to LESSEE will be deemed to be the Delivery Date for all purposes under this Lease, including, but not limited to, the commencement of LESSEE's obligation to pay Rent hereunder.

DELIVERY OF THE AIRCRAFT TO LESSEE. Subject to LESSEE having performed all of the conditions precedent to Delivery set forth herein, immediately following delivery of the Aircraft from Manufacturer to LESSOR, LESSOR will deliver tender the Aircraft to LESSEE at the Delivery Location. Provided that the Aircraft is in the condition required by Article 6.66.5 and provided that LESSOR shall have performed all conditions precedent noted in Article 7.2 and 7.3 hereof, upon the tender of the Aircraft by LESSOR to LESSEE, LESSEE will accept the Aircraft by executing and delivering to LESSOR the date of tender by LESSOR to LESSEE Estoppel and Acceptance Certificate, whereupon Delivery will be deemed to be the Delivery Date have occurred for all purposes under this Lease, including, but not limited to, the commencement of LESSEE's obligation to pay Rent hereunder.
