Delivery of the Documents. On the Commencement Date, each party hereto shall deliver to the other parties hereto, the following duly executed Transaction Agreements to which it is a party: (i) Series B Convertible Subordinated Debt Indenture, (ii) NBCU Option I, (iii) NBCU Option II, (iv) Registration Rights Agreement for New Securities, (v) New Stockholders’ Agreement, (vi) Assignment Agreement, (vii) Put/Call Agreement, (viii) the Warrant, and (ix) Registration Rights Agreement for Series B Convertible Subordinated Debt.
