Common use of Delivery of the Drawdown Notice Clause in Contracts

Delivery of the Drawdown Notice. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivering to the Agent a duly completed Drawdown Notice no later than 10:00 hours (London time) three (3) Business Days prior to the proposed Drawdown Date.

Delivery of the Drawdown Notice.
