Common use of Delivery of the Purchase Amount Clause in Contracts

Delivery of the Purchase Amount. Within thirty (30) days of entering into this Agreement, Purchaser shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Purchase Amount to the Company. In addition, payment may be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds in U.S. Dollars. Payment of the Purchase Amount pursuant to the terms hereof is non-refundable and shall entitle the Purchaser only to the right to receive Stacks Tokens.
