DELIVERY OF THE QUARTERLY FTE NOTICES. The Company shall deliver a written notice (each, a "QUARTERLY FTE NOTICE") to the Foundation promptly following the end of each 90-day period (each, a "QUARTERLY FTE NOTICE PERIOD") during the period beginning on the Effective Date and continuing through the Quarterly FTE Notice Period following the last scheduled Quarterly Payment made by the Foundation under the terms of this Agreement.
