Delivery of this Instrument. This instrument cannot be construed to be a proposal of either LESSOR to LESSEE, nor of LESSEE to LESSOR, and shall have no effect whatsoever between the parties herein named unless properly executed by both parties, it being understood that this instrument has been delivered for examination only, but without any purpose whatsoever of creating or confirming any contractual relationship between LESSOR and LESSEE; provided, however, that upon proper execution of this Lease by both parties, this Section 19.11 shall be null and void.
