Delivery of Timeshare Loan Documents. In connection with the sale, transfer, contribution, assignment and conveyance of any Timeshare Loans hereunder, the Issuer hereby directs the Originator and the Originator hereby agrees to deliver or cause to be delivered to the Securitization Custodian, all related Timeshare Loan Files and to the Securitization Servicer all related Timeshare Loan Servicing Files.
