Delivery of Title Documents; Release of Goods. Until the Customs Broker receives written notification from the Administrative Agent to the contrary (in accordance with Section 4 below), the Customs Broker is authorized by the Administrative Agent to, and the Customs Broker may, deliver: (a) the Title Documents to the issuing carrier or to its agent (who shall act on the Customs Broker’s behalf as the Customs Broker’s sub-agent hereunder) for the purpose of permitting the Company, as consignee, to obtain possession or control of the Property subject to such Title Documents; and (b) the Property, in each instance as directed by the Company.
