DELIVERY OF TRUST CERTIFICATES. The Trustees have heretofore delivered, and from time to time in the future, upon the deposit with the Trustees by a Signing Shareholder of new share certificates acquired by him, and upon his payment of any and all transfer taxes required in connection therewith will deliver, or cause to be delivered, to such Signing Shareholder voting trust certificates (hereinafter called “Trust Certificates”) for the number of Common Shares so deposited in substantially the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
