Common use of Delivery of Trust Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Trust Documents. The Trust has furnished you with copies properly certified or authenticated of each of the following: (a) Agreement and Declaration of Trust of the Trust. (b) By-laws of the Trust as in effect on the date hereof. (c) Resolutions of the Trustees of the Trust selecting you as administrator and approving the form of this Agreement. The Trust will furnish you from time to time with copies, properly certified or authenticated, of all amendments of or supplements to the foregoing, if any.

Delivery of Trust Documents. The Trust has furnished you with copies copies, properly certified or authenticated authenticated, of each of the following: (a) Agreement and Declaration of Trust Trust" of the Trust. (b) By-laws Laws of the Trust Trust" as in effect on the date hereof. (c) Resolutions of the Trustees Trustees" of the Trust selecting you as administrator investment adviser and manager and approving the form of this AgreementContract. The Trust will furnish you from time to time with copies, properly certified or authenticated, of all amendments of or supplements to the foregoing, if any.

(b) By-laws Laws of the Trust as in effect on the date hereof. (c) Resolutions of the Trustees of the Trust selecting you as administrator investment adviser and approving the form of this Agreement. The Trust will furnish you from time to time with copies, properly certified or authenticated, of all amendments of or supplements to the foregoing, if any.

(b) By-laws Laws of the Trust as in effect on the date hereof. (c) Resolutions of the Trustees of the Trust selecting you as administrator investment adviser and approving the form of this Agreement. The Trust will furnish you from time to time with copies, properly certified or authenticated, of all amendments of or supplements to the foregoing, if any.

The Trust will furnish you from time to time with copies, properly certified or authenticated, of all amendments of or supplements to the foregoing, if any.

The Trust has furnished you with copies properly certified or authenticated of each of the following: (a) Agreement and Declaration of Trust of the Trust.Trust as in effect as of the date hereof; (b) By-laws Laws of the Trust as in effect on the date hereof.; and (c) Resolutions Orders and No-Action Letters of the Trustees of Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the Trust selecting you as administrator and approving the form of this AgreementTrust's relations with you. The Trust will furnish you from time to time with copies, properly certified or authenticated, of all amendments of or supplements to the foregoing, if any.
