Common use of Delivery of Wet File and Mortgage File Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Wet File and Mortgage File. Seller shall have delivered to Custodian, in accordance with the timeframes set forth in the Custodial Agreement, with respect to each Mortgage Loan subject to the requested Transaction (a) which is not a Wet Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage File with respect to each such Mortgage Loan and (b) with respect to each Wet Mortgage Loan, (1) the Wet File with respect to each such Mortgage Loan and (2) on or prior to the Wet Delivery Deadline, the Mortgage File.
