DELIVERY ORDER CONTRACT / PURCHASE ORDER. 1. UPLB shall issue a Purchase Order in lieu of the Delivery Order Contract for the ordering and delivery of the item identified in the Order Agreement List in favor of the winning bidder to obligate the latter to deliver according to the terms and conditions stated in the Ordering Agreement. The items included in the Purchase Order shall be drawn only from the meal or snack items in the Ordering Agreement contract.
