Oklahoma, for filing with the FAA at the time of delivery of the Aircraft an executed original Form 8050-2, Aircraft Xxxx of Sale, indicating transfer of title to the Aircraft from Boeing’s sales subsidiary to Customer. The documents Boeing will have available will include, but not be limited to, the following: (i) Aircraft Xxxx of Sale (ii) Export Certificate of Airworthiness issued by the FAA (iii) Weight and Balance Manual
