Delivery Point Selection Clause Samples

The Delivery Point Selection clause defines how and where goods or services are to be delivered under a contract. It typically specifies the party responsible for choosing the delivery location, outlines any requirements or limitations for selecting the delivery point, and may set deadlines for making this selection. For example, a buyer may be required to notify the seller of the chosen delivery address within a certain timeframe. This clause ensures clarity and coordination in the delivery process, helping to prevent disputes or delays related to the delivery location.
