Delivery/Removal Clause Samples
The Delivery/Removal clause defines the obligations and procedures for delivering goods or services and, if applicable, for their removal at the end of a contract or upon request. It typically specifies the time, place, and manner of delivery, as well as the party responsible for transportation, installation, or removal costs. This clause ensures that both parties clearly understand their responsibilities regarding the transfer or return of items, thereby preventing disputes over logistics and safeguarding the interests of both the provider and the recipient.
Delivery/Removal. RELOCATIONE. quipment prices include standard delivery charges and, for Xerox-owned Equipment, standard removal charges. Charges for non-standard delivery or removal and for any Equipment relocation are your responsibility. Relocation of Xerox-owned Equipment must be arranged (or approved in advance) by Xerox and may not be to a location outside of the U.S.
Delivery/Removal. Immediately upon request of Seller, Buyer shall instruct Seller as to the method of transportation for shipments to be made there under. In the event Buyer elects shipment via Buyer’s own conveyance, Buyer shall furnish such conveyance at the loading point designated by Seller within 24 hours of notification by Seller that a shipment is ready. Delivery will be F.O.B. at Seller’s plant or warehouse selected by Seller within the Seattle area and shall be made from time to time as Seller accumulates quantities substantially sufficient to load the type of conveyance specified in the bid list unless Buyer elects delivery by auto freight or buyer’s own transportation. Where scrap is shipped by railroad car, Seller may ship any combination of classification in a single car, provided proper segregation is maintained, minimum cars and/or less than minimum cars will be shipped when specified in the bid list.
Delivery/Removal. The Owner will be responsible for delivering the artwork to PSC and for removing the Artwork from PSC’s campus on the date as set forth above in item #4, or following not less than five business days’ notification to PSC that the Artwork is being removed.
