Delivery Restrictions; Allocation. If Lessor’s scheduling or operational restrictions will not permit all of the parties (including Lessor) storing any types of products in any of Lessor’s storage wxxxx to deliver or receive the volumes of Product requested, then Lessor may allocate among such parties Lessor’s available flow rates in a fair and equitable manner as determined by Lessor.
