DELIVERY, RISK AND OWNERSHIP. 7.1. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Quotation, delivery shall be ex-works (IAS’ premises in Boksburg, South Africa) and the Purchase Price is based on ex-works, as defined in the ICC-Inco Terms 2020, and exclusive of VAT, Taxes, or any other taxation payable in terms of any applicable statute or otherwise, packaging, loading, freight, unloading or insurance during transport.
