Subject to the Terms and Conditions, all shipments routed by Seller are shipped F.O.B. shipping point, with transportation charge pre-paid cheapest way, to Buyer’s city in the U.S.A. (accept Alaska and Hawaii). Shipments to points outside the U.S.A. and to Alaska and Hawaii are F.O.B. shipping point, with transportation charges prepaid cheapest way to point of debarkation.
