Delivery to Limited Partner and Inspection. 8.2.1 On request of a Limited Partner, the General Partner shall promptly deliver to the requesting Limited Partner, at the expense of the Partnership, a copy of the information required to be maintained by Sections 8.1.1, 8.1.2, or 8.1.4. 8.2.2 Each Limited Partner has the right, on reasonable request, to: (A) Inspect and copy during normal business hours any of the Partnership records required to be maintained by Section 8.1; and (B) Obtain from the General Partner, promptly after they are available, a copy of the Partnership’s federal, state, and local income tax or information returns for each year. 8.2.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 8 or this Agreement, Limited Partners shall not be entitled to inspect or receive copies of the following: (A) Internal memoranda of the General Partner, whether relating to Partnership matters or any other matters; (B) Correspondence and memoranda of advice from attorneys for the Partnership or the General Partner; (C) Correspondence and memoranda of advice to or from accountants for the Partnership or the General Partner; and (D) Trade secrets and customer lists of the Partnership or the General Partner, investor information, financial statements of investors or Limited Partners, supplier lists, and similar and related materials, documents and correspondence.
