Delivery to Member and Inspection. (a) Upon the request of a Member or a Principal, the Company shall promptly deliver to the requesting Member or Principal, at the expense of the Company, a copy of the information required to be maintained by Section 12.1 except for Section 12.1(e). (b) Each Member and each Principal, or its duly authorized representative, has the right, upon reasonable request, to inspect and copy during normal business hours any of the Company records.
