Common use of Delivery to Partner and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Delivery to Partner and Inspection. (a) Upon the request of a Partner, the Partnership shall promptly deliver to the requesting Partner, at the expense of the Partnership, a copy of the information required to be maintained by Section 13.1 except for Section 13.1(e). (b) Each Partner, or its duly authorized representative, has the right, upon reasonable request, to inspect and copy during normal business hours any of the Partnership records.
