Common use of Delivery to the Custodian Clause in Contracts

Delivery to the Custodian. The Mortgage Note, the Mortgage, the Assignment of Mortgage and any other documents required to be delivered with respect to each Mortgage Loan pursuant to this Agreement and the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, have been delivered to the Trust Administrator in its capacity as Custodian all in compliance with the specific requirements of this Agreement and the Pooling and Servicing Agreement;
