Delivery Variance Quantities. (a) The Operator will assume that the Delivery Quantity was made available for delivery by the Delivering Participant and accepted by the Receiving Participant, unless otherwise notified in accordance with clause 15.2, in which case: (b) the Delivering Participant has a Delivery Variance Quantity (in GJ) equal to the Delivery Quantity less the delivered quantity notified under clause 15.2(b)(i); and
