Common use of Dell Contract Clause in Contracts

Dell Contract. Any consent, approval or waiver which may be required in order for the Dell Contract to remain in full force and effect immediately after consummation of the Arrangement shall have been obtained and the Dell Contract shall remain in full force and effect, without any amendment or modification from the terms thereof as in effect on the date of this Agreement, other than any such amendment or modification which does not materially reduce the economic benefits of such agreement to Newcourt.
