Common use of Dell Clause in Contracts

Dell. As of the Effective Date, Dell, or a member of the Dell Group, shall retain, and remain the sponsor of, the Dell DC Plan.

Dell. As of the Effective Date, Dell, or a member of the Dell Group, shall retain, and remain the sponsor of, the Dell DC PlanInc. Annual Bonus Plan and the Dell Inc. Special Incentive Bonus Plan for Executives (together, the “Dell Incentive Plans”).

Dell. As of the Effective Date, Dell, or a member of the Dell Group, shall retain, and remain the sponsor of, retain the Dell DC PlanWelfare Plans. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, on and after the Effective Date, Dell shall be responsible for all Claims Incurred under the Dell Welfare Plans by Welfare Plan Covered Participants before the Effective Date, in accordance with Dell policies.
