Demand Charges3. 2.2.1 For Year 1, the NYISO shall pay to Ravenswood a Demand Charge of $3,140,000.00.4 This compares to the $4,298,836.83 cost for 2019. In general, costs are being reduced from prior years based on changes to the resources used to provide the services. In addition, during Year 1, the Lemon Creek barge will be off-hire during the time required for its drydock inspection and as such there are no charges for its charter during that period. Years 2 and 3 include a full year of Lemon Creek charter charges.
