Either Party may demand arbitration by giving the other Party written notice to such effect, which notice will describe, in reasonable detail, the facts and legal grounds forming the basis for the filing Party's request for relief and will include a statement of the total amount of damages claimed, if any, and any other remedy sought by that Party.
