Demand for Payment. If an Event of Default shall occur and be continuing, then, upon written demand of Mortgagee, Mortgagor will pay to Mortgagee all amounts due hereunder and under the Credit Agreement and the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and such further amount as shall be sufficient to cover the costs and expenses of collection, including attorneys’ fees, disbursements and expenses incurred by Mortgagee, and Mortgagee shall be entitled and empowered to institute an action or proceedings at law or in equity for the collection of the sums so due and unpaid, to prosecute any such action or proceedings to judgment or final decree, to enforce any such judgment or final decree against Mortgagor and to collect, in any manner provided by law, all moneys adjudged or decreed to be payable.
Demand for Payment. If a demand for payment is made on Holdings or a Guarantor pursuant to Article 11 hereof, the Trustee shall promptly notify the holders of the Designated Senior Debt of Holdings or such Guarantor (as the case may be) (or their Representatives) of such demand.
Demand for Payment. At least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of each event provided in Paragraph 2 of this Article on which any payment shall fall due hereunder, with the exception of the payment of the first and second instalments, the BUILDER shall notify the BUYER by facsimile of the date such payment shall become due. The BUYER shall immediately acknowledge receipt of such notification by facsimile to the BUILDER, and make payment as set forth in this Article. If the BUILDER fails to receive the BUYER’s said acknowledgement within three (3) days after sending the aforementioned notification, the BUILDER shall promptly facsimile to the BUYER a second notification of similar import. The BUYER shall immediately acknowledge by facsimile receipt of the foregoing second notification regardless of whether or not the first notification was acknowledged as aforesaid.
Demand for Payment. If a demand for payment is made by the Trustee on a Subsidiary Guarantor pursuant to Article Fifteen, the Trustee shall promptly notify the holders of Designated Senior Indebtedness of such Subsidiary Guarantor (or their Representatives) of such demand.

Demand for Payment. If payment of the Securities is accelerated because of an Event of Default and a demand for payment is made on a Guarantor pursuant to Article 11, the Company, the Guarantor or the Trustee (provided that the Trustee shall have received written notice from the Company or such Guarantor, on which notice the Trustee shall be entitled to conclusively rely) shall promptly notify the holders of the Designated Senior Indebtedness of such Guarantor (or the Representative of such holders) of such demand. If any Designated Senior Indebtedness of such Guarantor is outstanding, such Guarantor may not pay its Senior Subordinated Guarantee until five Business Days after such holders or the Representative of the holders of the Designated Senior Indebtedness of such Guarantor receive notice of such demand and, thereafter, may pay its Senior Subordinated Guarantee only if this Article 12 otherwise permits payment at that time.

Demand for Payment. If a demand for payment is made on a Subsidiary Guarantor pursuant to Article X, such Subsidiary Guarantor may not pay its Subsidiary Guaranty, and neither the Trustee nor any Securityholder may retain any such payment, until ten Business Days after the holders of Designated Senior Debt (or their authorized representative) receive notice of such demand and, thereafter, may pay its Subsidiary Guaranty only if this Indenture otherwise permits payment at that time.
Demand for Payment. If payment of the Notes is accelerated because of an Event of Default and a demand for payment is made on Holdings pursuant to Article 11, the Issuers, the Trustee or Holdings shall promptly notify the holders of the Holdings Senior Indebtedness or the Holdings Representative of such Holdings Senior Indebtedness of such demand; provided that any failure to give such notice shall have no effect whatsoever on the provisions of this Article 12. If any Holdings Senior Indebtedness is outstanding, Holdings may not pay its Holdings Guarantee until five Business Days after the Holdings Representatives of all such Holdings Senior Indebtedness receive notice of such acceleration and, thereafter, may pay its Holdings Guarantee only if this Indenture otherwise permits payment at that time.
Demand for Payment. The Beneficiaries shall be entitled to make demand upon the Guarantor at any time during the continuance of an Event of Default and upon any such demand the Beneficiaries may treat all Obligations as due and payable and may forthwith collect from the Guarantor all Obligations. The Guarantor shall make payment to or performance in favour of the Beneficiaries of all Obligations forthwith after demand therefor is made upon the Guarantor by the Beneficiaries as aforesaid.
