Common use of Demand Forecasts Clause in Contracts

Demand Forecasts. C1. The New Appointee shall furnish the Water Company free of charge within a reasonable time of request its projections of the quantity of Discharge at the Discharge Point to enable the Water Company to undertake asset management and drainage planning in accordance with the Water Company’s regulatory obligations.
