Common use of Demand Orders i Clause in Contracts

Demand Orders i. e. DEFFORM 300s or P2P order shall only be issued by those who sign on behalf of the Supply Support Manager at Box 2 of the Appendix to Contract. Each Order will refer to the Enabling Contract Number, to be followed by a unique Order Identification Number.
