Demand Response Services. For Demand Response Services, the monthly amount due to the Contractor shall be calculated as follows: the Monthly Allocated Fixed Expenses plus the product of the Variable Cost Revenue Hour Rate and the total number of Revenue Hours plus the invoiced value of fuel used for the My Ride service less the total of fares the Contractor is obligated to collect. Demand Response Services. Consultant agrees to provide City with the following Services at each Site Address:
Demand Response Services. For Demand Response Services, the monthly amount due to the Contractor shall be calculated as follows: the Monthly Allocated Fixed Expenses plus the product of the Variable Cost Revenue Hour Rate and the total number of Revenue Hours plus the invoiced value of fuel used for the My Ride service less the total of fares the Contractor is obligated to collect. In-Service Hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Contractor will not bill the City for any hours outside this span of service time without prior approval from the City. Total daily Service Hours are calculated by the hours of service within the defined span of service time multiplied by the number of vehicles operated for that span of service time. The service hours are the basis for which the invoice is calculated. Contractor and City acknowledge that costs referenced in section 7.01 are based on Contractor provided information as included in Exhibit H. Contractor is required to operate all service as scheduled unless directed to do otherwise by the City. Contractor is not allowed to cancel or reduce service due to severe weather or other incidents without prior approval from the City. At its sole discretion, the City may from time to time adjust the Service Plan. In conjunction with such notice, the City shall provide to Contractor a revised Service Plan.
