Demand Shareholder and Piggyback Shareholder as Trustee. The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that, with respect to this Article 7, each Demand Shareholder or Piggyback Shareholder is contracting on its own behalf and as agent for the other Indemnified Persons referred to in this Article 7. In this regard, each such holder will act as trustee for such Indemnified Persons of the covenants of the Company under this Article 7 with respect to such Indemnified Persons and accepts these trusts, and will hold and enforce those covenants, on behalf of such Indemnified Persons.
