Demands, Notices, Communications All formal demands, notices and communications by and among Xxxxxx Xxx, the Certificate Registrar, the Paying Agent, the Transfer Agent and any Holder of a Residual Certificate shall be in writing and delivered in person or by first class mail, postage prepaid (a) if to Xxxxxx Mae, to the Corporate Secretary of Xxxxxx Xxx, 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X. 00000, or to such other address or addresses as shall be set forth in a notification to such Holder; (b) if to the Certificate Registrar, the Paying Agent or the Transfer Agent, to the Corporate Trust Office of the Certificate Registrar, the Paying Agent and the Transfer Agent located at 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000, or at such other address or addresses as shall be set forth in a notification to such Holder; or (c) if to the Holder of a Residual Certificate, to such Holder at the address shown in the Certificate Register. Any Person sending a notification to such Holder shall send copies of such notification as provided herein to Xxxxxx Xxx, the Certificate Registrar, the Paying Agent and the Transfer Agent. Any notice mailed in the manner provided above within the time, if any, prescribed in this Trust Agreement, or if no such time is specified, five Business Days after mailing, shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given whether or not such Holder receives such notice.

Any notice so mailed within the time prescribed in this Trust Agreement shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given whether or not the Person to whom such notice shall have been directed receives such notice.
Notices, Etc All statements, requests, notices and agreements hereunder shall be in writing, and:
Communications and Written Notices 23.1. The Company will communicate with the client about any notice, instruction, request or any other communication via the Client’s registered e-mail, the Client Dashboard, telephone or, where the Client wishes to send a formal communication to the Company in writing, via post to the Company’s registered address. All the Company’s contact details are available on the Compnay’s Website. Any communication from the Client to the Company shall be deemed effective on the date and time of reception by the Company. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have read all and any communication the Company may send from time to time, via any approved communication method.
Notices and Requests Any notice, consent or other communication ("Notice") required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and signed by the proper authority and either: (i) delivered to the party at the address set forth below; (ii) deposited in the United States mail, registered or certified, return receipt requested, to the address set forth below; or (iii) given to a recognized and reputable overnight delivery service, to the address set forth below: If to RPTA: Regional Public Transportation Authority 000 Xxxxx 0xx Xxx., Xxxxx 0000 Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 (Attention: Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Deputy Public Works Director) With a copy to: City Attorney City of Tempe 00 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000 X.X. Xxx 0000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 or at such other address, and to the attention of such other person or officer as any party may designate in writing by Notice duly given pursuant to this section. Notices shall be deemed received: (a) when delivered to the party; (b) five business days after being placed in the United States Mail, properly address, with sufficient postage; or (c) the following business day after being given to a recognized overnight delivery service, with the person giving the Notice paying all required charges and instructing the delivery service to deliver on the following business day. If a copy of a Notice is also given to the party’s counsel or other recipient, the provisions above governing the date on which a notice is deemed to have been received by a party shall mean and refer to the date on which the party, and not its counsel or other recipient to which a copy of the Notice may be sent, is deemed to have received the Notice.
Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications.
PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS AND OTHER TRANSACTION PROBLEMS In the event of a problem with a Debit Card transaction, or unauthorized Debit Card transaction, other than a matter related to goods or services provided by Merchants, I will report the issue promptly to my Credit Union and the Credit Union will investigate and respond to the issue on a timely basis. My Credit Union will not unreasonably restrict me from the use of any funds subject to dispute, if it is reasonably evident that I did not contribute to the problem or unauthorized transaction. My Credit Union will respond to my report of a problem or unauthorized transaction within 10 business days and will indicate what reimbursement, if any, will be made for any loss incurred by me. Reimbursement will be made for losses from a problem or unauthorized use in this time frame if it is evident that I did not contribute knowingly to the problem or unauthorized transaction and that I took reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of my PIN or Passcode. An extension of the 10-day limit may be necessary if my Credit Union requires me to provide a written statement or affidavit to aid its investigation.
N otices Any notice in connection with this Agreement must be in writing and in English, and shall be validly given with respect to each Party if sent by an internationally recognized courier service to the address set out in the relevant Order. Any notice shall be deemed to have been received on date of receipt as recorded in courier's records and shall be effective upon receipt. 15.3
Notices and Correspondence Notices regarding the subject matter of this Agreement or breach or termination thereof shall be in writing and shall be addressed in duplicate to the last known address of each other party, marked respectively to the attention of its President and, if any, its General Counsel.
Communications and Notices Any notice to the Contractor shall be deemed sufficient when deposited in the United States Mail postage prepaid; faxed; e-mailed; delivered to a telegraph office fee prepaid; or hand-carried and presented to an authorized employee of the Contractor at the Contractor’s address as listed on the signature page of the contract or at such address as the contractor may have requested in writing.
