The Buildings and appurtenances described herein, the Property, and all other improvements to be built on the Property are together designated as the “Project.” The Building leased hereunder is commonly known as Building 9 - Pacific Shores Center, Redwood City, California and its appurtenances described herein are herein designated as the “Premises.”
