Common use of Demise of Premises Clause in Contracts

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Leased Premises” and individually as the “Evansville Premises”, “Xxxxxxxx Premises” and “Baltimore Premises”, each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) shall include the following item (a) and the following items (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: (a) the real property described in Exhibit “A” hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the “Land”); (b) the buildings containing approximately 1,429,986 square feet in the aggregate, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “Improvements”); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit “B” hereto (collectively, the “Fixtures”).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Leased Premises” and individually as the “Evansville Joliet, IL Premises”, “Xxxxxxxx Fargo, ND Premises” ”, “Ashwaubenon, WI Premises”, “Brookfield, WI Premises”, “Greendale, WI Premises”, and “Baltimore Wauwatosa, WI Premises”, each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) shall include the following item (a) and the following items (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: (a) the real property described in Exhibit “A” hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the “Land”); (b) the buildings containing approximately 1,429,986 square 1,002,731square feet in the aggregate, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “Improvements”); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit “B” hereto (collectively, the “FixturesEquipment”).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and ------------------ Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as collectively, the “"Leased Premises” and individually as the “Evansville Premises”, “Xxxxxxxx Premises” and “Baltimore Premises”, each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) shall include the following item (a) and the following items (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: "): (a) the real property premises described in Exhibit “"A” " hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the “"Land”"); (b) the buildings three office/manufacturing facilities constructed on the Land, known as "Building One," "Building Two" and "Building Three" and containing approximately 1,429,986 60,000 square feet, 47,000 square feet in the aggregateand 106,000 square feet, respectively, and all other buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “"Improvements”"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit “"B” " hereto (collectively, the “Fixtures”"Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as as, the “"Leased Premises” " and individually as the “Evansville "Wylie Premises”", “Xxxxxxxx "Lexington Premises” " and “Baltimore "Murrysville Premises”, " each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) is more particularly described in the applicable description on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof and shall include the following item portions of items (a) and the following items ), (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: ): (a) the real property premises described in Exhibit “"A” " hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the “"Land”"); (b) the buildings containing approximately 1,429,986 square feet in the aggregatebuildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “"Improvements”"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit “"B” " hereto (collectively, the “Fixtures”"Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to ------------------ Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “"Leased Premises” " and individually --------------- as the “Evansville "Allentown Premises”", “Xxxxxxxx a distribution facility containing approximately 325,000 square feet, and the "Johnstown Premises” and “Baltimore Premises”", a retail facility containing approximately 80,884 square feet, each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) is more particularly described in the applicable description in Exhibit "A-1" attached hereto and ------------- made a part hereof and shall include the following item portions of items (a) and the following items ), (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: ): (a) the real property premises described in Exhibit “A” "A-1" hereto, together with the Appurtenances ------------- (collectively, the “"Land”"); (b) the buildings containing approximately 1,429,986 square feet in the aggregatebuildings, structures and other improvements ---- now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “"Improvements”"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit “B” hereto (collectively, the “Fixtures”).------------

Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “"Leased Premises” " and individually as the “Evansville "West Java Premises”, “Xxxxxxxx " and "Gibraltar Premises” and “Baltimore Premises”, " each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) is more particularly described in the applicable description in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof and shall include the following item portions of items (a) and the following items ), (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: ): (a) the real property premises described in Exhibit “"A” " hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the “"Land”"); (b) the buildings containing approximately 1,429,986 square feet in the aggregatebuildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “"Improvements”"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit “"B” " hereto (collectively, the “Fixtures”"Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “"Leased Premises” " and individually as the “Evansville "Arizona Premises”, “Xxxxxxxx " and the "California Premises” and “Baltimore Premises”, " each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) is more particularly described in the applicable description in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof and shall include the following item portions of items (a) and the following items ), (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: ): (a) the real property premises described in Exhibit “"A” hereto" hereto relating to the Arizona Premises ("Arizona Land") and the premises described in Exhibit "A-1" relating to the California Premises (the "California Land"), together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the “"Land”"); (b) the buildings containing approximately 1,429,986 square feet in the aggregatebuildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “"Improvements”"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property all as described in Exhibit “"B” " hereto (collectively, the “Fixtures”"Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Leased Premises” and individually as the “Evansville Premises”, “Xxxxxxxx Scottsdale Premises” and “Baltimore Columbia Premises”, each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) shall include the following item (a) and the following items (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: (a) the real property described in Exhibit “A” hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the “Land”); (b) the buildings containing approximately 1,429,986 220,338 square feet in the aggregate, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “Improvements”); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit “B” hereto (collectively, the “FixturesEquipment”).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Leased Premises” and individually as the “Evansville Indiana Premises”, “Xxxxxxxx Minnesota Premises”, “New Jersey Premises” and “Baltimore Virginia Premises”, ” each of which premises (as hereinafter defined) shall include the following item portions of items (a) and the following items ), (b) and (c) of this Paragraph 1 located thereon or therein and appertaining thereto: ): (a) the real property premises described in Exhibit “A” hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the “Land”); (b) the buildings containing approximately 1,429,986 square feet in the aggregatebuildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the “Improvements”); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit “B” hereto (collectively, the “FixturesEquipment”).
