Common use of DEMISING PLAN Clause in Contracts

DEMISING PLAN. The Premises are shown on the space plan attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and hereby made a part hereof. Tenant shall pay its costs associated with the installation of Tenant's network and other cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, and all of its moving costs incurred in connection with Tenant's occupancy of the Premises.
