Demonstrated Contract Capacity. Unless Buyer provides timely Notice to Seller that additional days are required to substantiate data, Buyer shall within ten (10) Business Days after Buyer’s Site visit pursuant to Section 2 of this Appendix J provide Notice to Seller of the amount of the Demonstrated Contract Capacity.
Demonstrated Contract Capacity. The Distributed Generation Facility’s total rated electric alternating current energy generating capacity which will equal the total kilowatt hours generated by the Distributed Generation Facility during the Demonstration Hour, as determined in accordance with Exhibit C.
