Demonstration Phase. The objective of the second stage of the Joint Development Program is to demonstrate the ability to manufacture Polymer-grade Bio-BDO at the projected commercial scale in the 13,000 liter fermenter by the Bioprocess selected in the Investigative Phase (the “Demonstration Phase”).
