Common use of Demonstration Use License Clause in Contracts

Demonstration Use License. If Your Proof of Entitlement for certain Software (or a separate written agreement with Versa) identifies Your license as "Demonstration Use" or with words of like meaning, AND if You are a Versa-authorized partner, distributor or reseller, then for the license term You may use the Software only to demonstrate features and performance of the Software to prospective buyers and only while You remain a Versa-authorized partner, distributor or reseller.
