Denial of the Privilege of Membership. We may deny the privilege of membership to a business, organi- zation or person for any reason not prohibited by law, including but not limited to, 1) ineligibility for membership, 2) failure to provide required documentation, information or ID, 3) information from a third-party report, 4) any lost or stolen check, card or access de- vice, 5) overuse of actions on our products or services, 6) a breach of or unauthorized access to a product or service, 7) business or compliance purposes, 8) to stop or prevent a loss, 9) potential lack of capacity or victim of undue influence, 10) failure to comply with any term of a contract, 11) failure to use products or services to justify membership, 12) inactive or abandoned products or ser- vices, 13) chronic dissatisfaction with us, 14) disparaging our rep- utation, 15) default on any obligation, 16) causing us a loss, 17) not voluntarily repaying a loss, 18) previous expulsion, 19) anything unethical or unlawful concerning your business or organization, you or our business, 20) any alteration, forgery or fraud concerning your business or organization, you or our business, 21) any falsifi- cation or misrepresentation concerning your business or organiza- tion, you or our business, 22) any alleged crime concerning your business or organization, you or our business, 23) abuse of or threats to anyone associated with us, or 24) any other reason we believe is appropriate to manage the business of our Credit Union.
