Common use of Denomination and Form of Notes Clause in Contracts

Denomination and Form of Notes. The Notes shall be fully registered, without coupons, and issued in denominations of $2,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof. Except as provided in Section 2.07 of the Indenture, the Notes shall be issuable only as Global Securities representing the entire aggregate principal amount of the Notes and shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto.
