Denominational Hospitals. For the purpose of interpreting this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to, and this Agreement will not be interpreted to, unjustifiably, as determined under section 1 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, require a Hospital with a denominational mission to provide a service or to perform a service in a manner that is contrary to the denominational mission of the Hospital.
