Common use of Denominations and Currencies Clause in Contracts

Denominations and Currencies. Unless otherwise provided with respect to any series of Securities as contemplated by Section 3.01, any Securities of a series shall be issuable in denominations of $1,000 and any integral multiple thereof; provided, however, that Securities may be issuable in denominations of less than $1,000 solely to the extent necessary to accommodate book-entry positions that have been created in denominations of less than $1,000 by the Depositary.
