Common use of Denominations and Registration Clause in Contracts

Denominations and Registration. Delivery of the Bonds shall be made to the Purchaser in the form of one or more fully registered definitive Bonds in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $30,000,000, each registered in the Purchaser’s name, in such authorized denominations as the Purchaser may have specified to the Company at least five (5) days prior to the Closing.
